There's an episode of Friends when Phoebe is pregnant and desperate to eat meat, and is eating salami, before Joey says "You know if you wanna cheat you only wanna do it with somebody really hot?" "Well yeah." and he pulls steak out of the freezer.  Well I have a problem with that - because who puts steak in the freezer?

Anyway if you are going to eat something really, really naughty then make it something really, really good.

I was actually torn between this and the Wagamama’s White Chocolate and Ginger Cheesecake and had to call in reinforcements.  So we did a Cake-Off at work:

The challengers: Sicilian Lemon versus White Chocolate and Ginger

The judges: 10 impartial work colleagues

The tools: 10 plastic spoons (no double dipping allowed)

And the winner was... a dead heat... so we had to go to the tie breaker... my colleague Sue who had given them both 9 out of 10 in the main contest, and...

...completely impartially it was the White Chocolate and Ginger, but....

..taking price into the equation (White Chocolate and Ginger is about twice the price) the decision was.... two slices of the Sicilian Lemon Cheesecake.

It's also my favourite because it is much easier to get hold of than the Wagamama’s, and perfect for an afternoon coffee and cheesecake treat - as opposed to Wagamama’s where you really have to go to lunch or get a takeaway.
