The sight is Yellow Mountain or Huangshan (huang - yellow, shan - mountain).

This is the most naturally beautiful place I have ever been.  Beautiful in a stunning, breathtaking, dramatic, sometimes stark way.  Beautiful in a way that only dangerous things like tigers and ravines can be.

And, almost as jaw dropping as the scenery are the paths and bridges that have been built here, out of stone or carved into the mountain itself.

As many photos as I took of these mountains they’ll never do them justice.  The closest I can get is to take say the Hallelujah mountains of Avatar, add the Grand Canyon - and then you might have some idea of the peaks at the top of Huangshan.
