How great is this?  Champneys in Chichester are doing a special one day event next Sunday 5th September, where all the proceeds of the treatments they do on that day will go to the flood disaster in Pakistan!

They’ll have at least four therapists working all day to try and raise as much money as possible. 

Normally I wouldn’t recommend somewhere I haven’t actually tried myself, but I thought this really deserved a mention - and I will definitely be trying to get there myself, along with my mum, maybe my brother (they do men’s treatments too) and anyone else I can drag along!

Unfortunately there is nothing on their website about this event - but you could always drop your local Champneys spa a line to see if they are doing something similar!
