Hydromassage, as you might expect, is massage using water - this can either be the kind of massage you get from lots of air bubbling up, as in a jacuzzi or other type of spa bath, or it could be water being used to massage the skin - for example in an Experience Shower.
Some spas now have massages which incorporate a certain amount of time being massaged by individual water jets while lying on a massage bed. This is one I haven’t tried yet, but I’ll be sure to report back when I do!
