Other Wellbeing Ideas
Many spas offer fitness classes and Pilates is a very popular class. Similar to many types of yoga, by taking your body through slow movements Pilates is designed to help realign and strengthen your body and can be extremely effective in healing spinal problems.
I personally would never choose to do a Pilates class as I prefer Zumba and yoga, but have had to do many of the exercises as part of physiotherapy and can attest to how effective they are (along with Zumba and yoga) when practiced regularly.
