Koubel Douche (Kouble Douche)

Very exciting name for a bucket of cold water on a rope that you pull down onto your head when you’ve been in a heat room. Also known randomly as Bucket On A Rope or Plunge Bucket And Rope Shower.

I discovered the name at Senspa in Brockenhurst, where this is super fun when combined with the Sea Storm experience shower - feels like being in the sea during a storm and the Koubel Douche adds the effect of waves breaking over your head. Invigorating!
