Even better the type of establishments that have features like this in their hydrotherapy pools usually do not have that annoying three minute pause that some hot tubs have, so you can continually enjoy the bubbles as long as you, or another spa user close by, have the strength to keep pressing the activation button.
There are also sometimes short benches underwater, which you can sit on or lie on if there are not too many people in the spa. Which can be just as effective if not more so, depending on the design and how deep they are set in the pool.
