Other Wellbeing Ideas
The Amida Spa in Farnham introduced me to another favourite treatment room (and it is one of the few I have ever heard of). It's a gentle heat, like a Tepidarium, with bursts of salty air released into the room every so often. This is fantastic for sinus problems and I also felt an incredible wellbeing boost just relaxing in here.
The room at Amida Spa, Farnham has a long wide shelf, as well as the narrower benches you might expect to find in any steam room, which allowed me to truly sprawl in here, which is great as you can stay in here for as long as you like as it's such a gentle heat.
